In this study, we aimed to explore surgical variations in the Femoral Neck System (FNS) used for stable fixation of Pauwels type III femoral neck fractures. Finite element models were established with surgical variations in the distance between the implant tip and subchondral bone, the gap between the plate and lateral femoral cortex, and inferior implant positioning. The proximal femur fracture in children is rare. Furthermore osteoporotic fracture associated with bone tumor make it difficult to decide the proper management method. The treatment plan should include both the treatment of the fracture and management of the condition responsible for the fracture. However, the reported literatures are rare and vary. We identified the results of treatment associated with pathologic fracture of proximal femur in children.Introduction
